Welcome to APW. We have been in operation since before 1979 under various names, and as APW since 1994. The present owner worked as the shop manager and general manager for several years prior to becoming the owner, and originally came from a background in beadwork, fiber arts, silversmithing, and industrial manufacturing and quality assurance. We manufacture all pieces in our garage in Edgewood, New Mexico. We are a Christian company. We do not manufacture anything that is satanic, un-Godly or anti-Christian. We hope you enjoy our work. We desire to spread a little beauty and joy in the world.

We ship via USPS unless otherwise specified. Items will be shipped once payment has been received

No material will be accepted for return without a “Return Goods Authorization” number. Please call (505) 286-0873 or e-mail at pewterworksjoan@netscape.com to obtain a RGA# prior to shipping.

Only “stock” items in undamaged and resalable condition will be accepted for return. All returns, unless defective in workmanship, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Defective material must be reported and returned to us within 30 days from delivery date to receive refund, credit, or replacement. After 30 days, adjustments will be made at our discretion.

CUSTOM CREATIONS are non-returnable except by reason of defective workmanship, and then only within the 30 day period.

Due to customs laws, we currently only ship to the United States. Thanks for looking.
